How can I track my order?
Simply click on the order status link and sign onto the site. You will be able to see the status of your order and a tracking link will appear once the order has shipped.
What are your shipping options?
UPS Ground (Standard) – 3 to 8 business days.
- 1 to 2 days for processing – 2 to 6 days transit. Most items ship from Southern California.
UPS 2 Day Air (Expedited Shipping) – 3 to 4 business days.
- 1 to 2 days for processing – 2 days transit.
Most orders entered by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time will ship from the warehouse the next business day. Situations that can cause delays are:
- Shipping to Another Address - As a security precaution to help protect you against fraud, we require that larger orders be shipped to your billing address. If you would like your order shipped to a different location, other than your billing address, we need to confirm that your credit card company has this alternative shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your credit card company and provide them with your alternative shipping address. Once your alternative shipping address has been confirmed, we will process your order.
- Out of stock items – This is rare. We try to minimize this by only placing items "available" for sale that we currently have in stock.
What is your shipping policy?
Pioneer will ship anywhere in the U.S. However, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Pioneer tries to pack and ship your order shortly after it has been placed. If requested, we will do our best to stop your order before it has shipped. However, once it has shipped, we will be unable to change or cancel your order. You will have to follow the return policy below.
What is Pioneer’s Return Policy?
For your convenience, Pioneer has a 30-day return policy, excluding non-defective, open navigation software and refurbished products which may not be returned. Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If you received product that was damaged or defective upon arrival, or the wrong product, please call (866) 214-1310 from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time for a Return Authorization Number (“RA”). Before making the call to obtain a RA, you will need to know the invoice number for the Product you wish to return. You must obtain a RA from Pioneer within 30 days of your receipt of the Product. The product must be returned to PUSA within 15 days of the issuance of the RA by a reputable, prepaid, traceable transport of your choice. All returned product must be packed carefully in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were shipped with the product. The RA must be clearly marked on the outside of the original packaging of the returned product. You are responsible for the returned product while it is in transit to PUSA; you must insure and/or declare the full value of the returned product. Shipping and handling are only refundable if you have received product that was damaged or defective upon arrival, or that was the wrong product. If you do not comply with this Return Policy in its entirety, PUSA reserves right in its sole discretion to refuse delivery of the returned product. Please allow up to 8 weeks for PUSA to credit your account for the returned product. Nothing in this paragraph limits or restricts your rights under the limited warranty for the product.
What does “refurbished” mean?
Refurbished products are products that have been returned to Pioneer. They have been inspected and tested to ensure they perform properly. Due to handling, these items may have minor blemishes. Inventory of products is limited to supply on hand. All refurbished products have a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
