Additionally, our latest players include a new 3D Noise Reduction circuit that monitors the four blurring effects that make up 3D Noise (chrominance, luminance, block and mosquito). The result is a picture virtually free of noise, blurring, distortion and other inconsistencies. HDMI® 1.3 also offers the benefits of Deep Color, which takes 48-bit color in order to deliver nothing less than a stellar picture with a range of hues and shades previously thought impossible to attain.

Pioneer takes image quality a step further with the exclusive Advanced Picture Control Suite, which is made up of an additional 13 video adjustments that allow viewers to fine-tune small picture details of films in order to receive experiences that best suit their viewing preferences.

And as Pioneer is also one of the few companies to offer Source Direct functionality, you’re also assured every signal in native mode remains intact while automatically canceling all other picture adjustments. In other words, Source Direct shuts off any and all internal processing in order to give you the cleanest signal path from source to output.
