A minor hardware issue has been discovered in the DDJ-WeGO2 (black or white only; red is not affected). Importantly, this does not pose a health or safety risk, or any risk of product damage.
If you have purchased a DDJ-WeGO2-K (Black) with a serial number between 0001 and 5304 (MIHN000001WL - MIHN005304WL) or a DDJ-WeGO2-W (White) with a serial number between 0001 and 3400 (MIHN000001WL - MIHN003400WL),
Please contact Pioneer Customer Service toll free at 1-800-421-1404, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M. and 3:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Eastern (excluding holidays), and transfer to the Warranty & Service Department to arrange for the repair or replacement of your product.

(Please select "Warranty and Service Issues" from Inquiry Type on drop down menu) Note: If the DDJ-WeGO2-K (Black) serial number ends with #5305 or greater (MIHN005305WL - ) or the DDJ-WeGO2-W (White) serial number ends with #3401 or greater (MIHN003401WL - ), and shows a black dot marking next to the serial number, you do not need to do anything.
